This policy applies when you visit the BodhiBandh website, submit a reservation, contact us, or use a BodhiBandh account or companion service when those services become available.

- Contact and reservation details, such as your name, email address, telephone number, city, country, product preferences and messages.
- Website and technical information, such as device type, browser, IP address, pages viewed and security logs.
- With your clear permission, product and wellness information generated by a BodhiBandh device or companion app, such as heart-rate trends, HRV, sleep, movement and workout information.
3. How we use information
We may use information to manage reservations, communicate launch and fulfilment updates, provide requested services, personalise product insights, protect accounts, prevent fraud, improve product reliability and comply with applicable law.
4. Consent and choices
Where consent is required, we will ask for a clear affirmative action and explain the purpose. You may withdraw optional marketing consent at any time. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing already completed lawfully.

BodhiBandh is designed around storage of personal and wellness data on infrastructure located in India. We may use carefully selected processors for hosting, email, customer support, analytics, security and fulfilment. They may process information only under our instructions and appropriate contractual safeguards.
